I keep receiving feedback requests for these shoes, which I though wasn't relevant to me as I didn’t actually receive them. But as adidas is persisting, chasing again for a review, here goes. Instead of receiving these shoes I received shoes in another colour and size. So I looked on the website to see what to do and the postal return section had no functionality for me to submit my reason for return, and there was no phone number to call for advice. So I travelled for 1 hour to my nearest adidas store, where I was told that adidas stores do not accept returns if adidas has sent the wrong product. The (very pleasant) staff said I had to take the shoes back home, print a label and post them.... to adidas. So that was 2 1/2 hours of my life, plus travel costs, I wasn't going to get back, due to adidas' error. On getting home and printing the return label I received an adidas email telling me to drop the parcel at a local shop collection point. OK... Then soon after I received a contradictory adidas email telling me to take the parcel to a parcelforce depot (no sign of the afore-mentioned collection points as an option). In the end, as the return label was for Royal Mail, I took the parcel to the post office (not an option in the adidas emails) to ask their advice. Thankfully they accepted the parcel and provided proof of posting. I appreciate that errors (sending wrong product) happen, but expected better, more customer-friendly processes from adidas. Hopefully the above shows what the customer experience is like and will be helpful in some way. The shoes I should have received look lovely from the images.

They are not bad I own them since 2024 and had plenty off time to say they are comfortable and look like nice but performance is very bad. I mean very very bad. It’s like ice skating. You wipe the souls or not and there is no traction on court. They are not ment for indoor courts. Or maybe they are ment for Fiba and NBA courts but definitely not for school on university or leisure centre courts. So would not recommend them to nobody!
